Workplace Mediation

Program designed to help mediators assist organization leaders to create a work environment that enables people to thrive. If turf wars, disagreements and differences of opinion escalate into interpersonal conflict, it is to the skilled mediator the manager should turn. Workplace mediation offers important benefits to employers and employees alike because it provides fast, creative, mutually satisfactory resolutions short of caustic, costly litigation. This training will discuss and demonstrate creative techniques and strategies to help managers resolve conflicts in a way that leads to a workplace that is more collaborative and less confrontational.
