Workplace mediation offers important benefits to employers and employees alike because it provides fast, creative, mutually satisfactory resolutions short of caustic, costly litigation. This training will discuss and demonstrate creative techniques and strategies to help managers resolve conflicts in a way that leads to a workplace that is more collaborative and less confrontational.
