Reflections, Part III. The Challenges of Pro Bono Mediation. This is the third in a series of  presentations by established mediators looking to the past, to the present and to the future, for their perspective on how mediation has evolved and will evolve and sharing some practice tips. This one-hour presentation will focus on the challenges and opportunities of pro bono mediation of cases in General Sessions Court with some references to Juvenile Court mediation. The areas of law to be discussed will be ADR, landlord-tenant law, and family law, including a discussion of parenting plans. Audience participation in problem-solving will be encouraged.
