Conflict resolution programs for youth have existed for quite a while, but do they work? Are they effective in addressing youth-related issues? Brandon Hill, Youth Mediation Coordinator, will discuss developments and challenges in NCRC's school-based peer mediation program, "Planting Seeds." Sara Figal will present data and discuss mediation challenges with respect to the NCRC Juvenile VORP Program operating in the Davidson County Juvenile Court.
