Oral Arguments

  1. Audio disc recordings of oral arguments after February 2007 are available at a cost of $20.00. These recordings are in a "wav" format and can be played on any personal computer or other electronic device that has Windows Media Player.  Persons interested in obtaining such discs may contact the Appellate Court Clerk's Office at 615-741-2681 or 401 7th Avenue North, Nashville, Tennessee 37219. 
     
  2. Audio devices are available for the hearing impaired who wish to attend an oral argument.  Such requests should be made to Mike Catalano, the Clerk, at 615-741-1314 well in advance of the argument.
