The Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee is seeking a motivated attorney for the position of Disciplinary Counsel in the Litigation Section.  The position is located in Brentwood and is open immediately.

Applicants must be licensed in Tennessee and have a minimum of seven (7) years litigation experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to handle difficult people or highly emotional situations with diplomacy and efficiency are necessary.  Appellate practice experience and working knowledge of the Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct is preferred.
