Ethical Considerations of the Tennessee Rules of Juvenile Practice and Procedure

This course will review ethical considerations for the Tennessee Rules of Juvenile Practice and Procedure,  Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct, Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 13, and Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 40.

This course has been approved for a total of 2.90 Dual CLE hours.

Distance Learning courses require that the participant complete the registration and training pre-test, view the video presentations in their entirety, and complete the post-test and evaluation.

  • Partial credit is not given for distance learning courses
  • An attorney may take each course only one time for CLE credit.
