Child Support Guidelines

The Department of Human Services (DHS) is responsible for administering Tennessee's Child Support guidelines. You can find more information about child support on the Department of Services' child support webpage.

DHS also provides information and resources about income shares. You can also download the modifications to Tennessee’s Income Shares Child Support Guidelines effective on June 26, 2006.
