Court-Approved Divorce Forms
These divorce forms were approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court as "universally acceptable as legally sufficient". This means that if the forms are filled out correctly that all Tennessee courts that hear divorce cases must accept the forms.
IMPORTANT! Please read the instructions carefully. Make sure that these forms fit your situation. These forms are only for divorces where both spouses agree on all parts of the divorce, there are no minor or dependent children involved, and the spouses do not have a lot of property.
