Insurance

The state of Tennessee offers an employee insurance program to all full-time employees. The available coverage includes:

  • Health Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Dental Insurance

New state employees must choose to participate in a health insurance plan within 30 calendar days of their hire date in order to be eligible to participate in the state group insurance plan. Contact the human resources office for detailed information and forms to enroll in state employee insurance plans.
